Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PTI Raabta (ptiraabta.pk), the official digital platform of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, including all services, features, and content provided.

By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with PTI. These terms apply to all users, including members, supporters, volunteers, and visitors.

Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirement:

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use PTI Raabta. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration:

• • You are required to provide a valid CNIC number for verification purposes
• • You must maintain the security of your account credentials

• • One person may create only one account using their unique CNIC

User Responsibilities

As a member of PTI Raabta, you agree to:

• • Respectful Behavior: Maintain respectful communication and refrain from harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content

• • Content Guidelines: Not post illegal, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• • Party Values: Uphold the principles and values of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PTI Raabta:

• • Creating fake or duplicate accounts
• • Spreading misinformation or false propaganda
• • Engaging in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• • Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
• • Harvesting or collecting user data without authorization
• • Using automated systems or bots to access the platform
• • Interfering with platform operations or other users' experience
• • Violating intellectual property rights
• • Engaging in any activity that damages PTI's reputation

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on PTI Raabta, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission from PTI. The PTI logo, name, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the party.

User-Generated Content

Content Ownership:

You retain ownership of content you post on PTI Raabta. However, by posting content, you grant PTI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for party-related purposes.

Content Moderation:

PTI reserves the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is deemed inappropriate. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of PTI Raabta is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using this platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Platform Modifications:

PTI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice. We may also update features, change the user interface, or alter functionality as needed.

Account Termination

Termination by PTI:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

Termination by User:

You may request account deletion at any time by following the process outlined in our Data Deletion Policy. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked.

By registering on PTI Raabta, you consent to receive communications from PTI, including emails, SMS messages, and in-app notifications about party activities, campaigns, events, and updates. You may opt out of non-essential communications through your account settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PTI Raabta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding:

Indemnification

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of PTI Raabta shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage users to first contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in accordance with Pakistani law.

Severability
